Our strength training section is equipped with a diverse array of free weights, resistance machines, and functional training equipment. The gym also features dedicated spaces for flexibility and core workouts, with mats, stability balls, and stretching zones available for both men and women to engage in effective warm-ups and cooldowns.
We have incorporated specialized machines for targeted muscle groups, promoting balanced and comprehensive workouts. From chest presses to leg curls, every aspect of strength training is covered.
We actively encourage and promote athletes to engage in a variety of sports events concocted in Thane, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
Our gymnasium trainers, also known as fitness or personal trainers, are qualified professionals dedicated to guiding individuals in achieving their fitness goals within the gym. Our trainers play a crucial role in designing personalized workout routines, providing instruction on proper exercise techniques, and offering guidance on nutrition and overall wellness. Every year Shree Mavli Mandal organizes a State Level Bodybuilding Competition where 100+ participants from Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi and Kalyan take part in the event.
Participants, often referred to as bodybuilders, compete against each other based on criteria such as muscle size, symmetry, definition, and overall presentation. These competitions typically include various categories of different weight/height classes
Bodybuilders undergo rigorous training regimens, including weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise, and strict nutrition, to achieve their desired physique. Competitors showcase their sculpted bodies through a series of mandatory poses during the event, emphasizing muscle definition and overall aesthetic appeal. Bodybuilding competitions are not only tests of physical prowess but also demonstrations of commitment, perseverance, and artistry in sculpting the human form. Participants in these competitions exemplify the pursuit of excellence in both physique and personal discipline.
